A PAS provider offers non medical support to help individuals with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility. New Dimensions Caregivers delivers these services through Medicaid-funded programs including PHC, Family Care, Community Attendant Services, STARPLUS, and partnering MCOs.
Eligibility is determined by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and your managed care organization. Individuals must generally be enrolled in a qualifying Medicaid program and have an assessed need for daily living assistance. Contact us and we can help guide you through the process.
Once your Medicaid program authorizes services, we work directly with your MCO to begin care. You can also contact us to learn more about the programs we work with and whether you or your loved one may qualify.
No. New Dimensions Caregivers is a non-medical PAS provider. We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy, rehabilitation, or any clinical care. Our attendants assist with daily living tasks only.
